Petit Paris products are perishable goods and as such does not fall under the normal return policy.

In situations where the food is spoiled or the delivery was delayed. We encourage you to contact our support team at support@thepetitparis.ca to come to an amenable solution to either get a refund or replace your order in a reasonable time frame.
